You must be a professional photographer with liability insurance to book the studio. If you are a client interested in using the space please book through one of our member photographers or have your photographer book through the link above.

The studio is located on private property and therefore we do not allow early arrivals. The gate will open 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please instruct your clients to arrive no earlier than that as access to the property will not be granted
Cancelling will result in a studio credit. We do not offer refunds. Free reschedule are offered up until 48 hrs before the booking date. Reschedules taking place after the 48hr mark will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

You will have access to a changing room/restroom, the courtyard area and the Rosewood studio. A bluetooth speaker and velvet bench are included in the rental.
